About the project

The Interreg V-A Latvia – Lithuania Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 aims to contribute to the sustainable and cohesive socio-economic development of the Programme regions by helping to make them competitive and attractive for living, working and visiting. Project LLI-384 The Business Of Future (BusinessOfFuture)

The aim of the project – to improve employment opportunities, entrepreneurship, knowledge of e-commerce, representatives of creative industries by implementing a full training of IT in business.

Total projects size is 141227.57 Eur. Out of them co-funding of European Regional Development Fund is 120043,44 EUR.

Project duration: 1 May 2018 - 30 April 2020

Project activities: 4 practical activities

1. E-commerce and e-platform administration training

2. SEO and Amazon administration training

3. Training of commercial photography and business conditions in Latvia

4. Training of video creation, make-up and business conditions in Lithuania.

2 art fairs (traditional art fairs, 1 in each country to strengthen cooperation between the creative industries of both countries)

Tech Camp (e-shop development workshop)

Project results and continuity: 6 (3 from each country) start-ups (e-shops, legal entities), interactive, easy-to-understand and free to use training program for anyone who wants to set up an e-shop.
